What can you do each day to live a healthier life?
- Walk at least 5 min a day. Or better yet, exercise 20-40 minutes 3-5x a week.
- Drink water: Approximately 40% of your weight, in ounces.
- Deep breathing. Our body needs oxygen. 5-10 deep breathes per hour.
- Meditate: At least 5 minutes a day. Learn what relaxation feels like and go there often. Positive mental attitude.
- Diet: Increase organic fruits and vegetables, good fats, protein and complex carbohydrates. Decrease calories, refined sugars, saturated fats, processed foods, dairy and soda.

There are three categories of cancer. Many of these things are under your control:
- Lifestyle: diet, smoking, drinking, sun exposure, lack of exercise
- Internal: genetics, infections
- External: workplace, air pollution, water pollution, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides
