What to Expect

Your First Visit

Please come a few minutes early to fill out information forms. Bring your insurance card if you have one that applies. Peggy, our chiropractic assistant, will verify insurance coverage. Your appointment with the doctor will last approximately 45 minutes. Dr. Perry will take a full history, do an exam and an adjustment. If your case is quite complicated or you have extenuating circumstances, you may not receive an adjustment on the first visit. If further testing is necessary, you will be referred to an outside lab or radiology department.

Follow up visits are normally 15 minutes.

Cash Rate Fee Schedule:

• New Patient $110
• Subsequent Appointments/Adjustment $50
• Half-Hour Visit $75 (Craniosacral Therapy)
• Pre-pay visits: $420 for 10 visits
